Hi! My name is Neriah, and I am a graduating senior from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I am earning my B.S. in Information Science with minors in Entrepreneurship and Data Science. I specialize in user experience design, graphic design, and web design. Beginning in Fall 2025, I will be pursuing my M.S. in Information Science. Hello!! I am a current sophomore at UNC-Chapel Hill pursuing degrees in Computer Science and Philosophy and a Spanish for the Business Professions minor. I’m targeting software startups transitioning to growth phase who are not hitting their growth targets and looking to increase product velocity (the speed at which new features are released) and impact (the value new releases have on clients and revenue). I have a unique and diverse background as VP of Product, VP of Customer Success, and software engineering Director so I understand the product, revenue, and engineering sides of software and bring a broad, organization-wide perspective that allows me to solve problems holistically and connect dots others might miss. I am a hard-working Division I athlete with real-world experience building relationships, solving problems, and creating value. Since starting college, I have gained valuable transferable skills as a result of my academic success, hard work on and off the field, and real world experience. During this time, I created a small business in Eastern North Carolina and worked closely with financial advisors. Each of these experiences taught me something different: how to adapt under pressure, how to talk to people from all backgrounds, and how to stay independently accountable. From these opportunities, I have learned that I’m at my best when I’m challenged and surrounded by a team that is motivated and driven. I’m looking for a role where I can contribute towards team success and continue to grow both personally and professionally.

I most recently served as VP of Digital at Capitol Broadcasting Company, where I spent 12+ years scaling our digital business and leading transformative strategic initiatives. In this role, I oversaw full P&L responsibility for a $12M revenue division, led a cross-functional team of over 30 professionals, and managed digital products reaching over four million users monthly. As I explore new leadership opportunities, I’m excited to bring my expertise and experience to a dynamic organization.
